本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、「AIやさしい研究所」（以下「当研究所」）が運営する 本ウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」）のご利用にあたっての条件を定めるものです。 本サイトをご利用いただく場合、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. コンテンツについて

本サイトおよび当研究所が配信するショート動画等のコンテンツは、AIに関する情報提供・教育を 目的としたものであり、その正確性・完全性・最新性を保証するものではありません。 内容は予告なく変更・削除されることがあります。

2. 禁止事項

本サイトのご利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  • 当研究所または第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、その他の権利を侵害する行為
  • 本サイトのコンテンツを無断で複製・転載・改変・商用利用する行為
  • 本サイトの運営を妨害する行為

3. 知的財産権

本サイトに掲載される文章・画像・動画・ロゴ等の著作権その他の権利は、 当研究所または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断での転載・二次利用はお断りします。

4. 免責事項

当研究所は、本サイトの情報を利用したことにより生じたいかなる損害についても、 当研究所に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。 外部SNSプラットフォーム（YouTube・Instagram・TikTok等）上でのサービス提供・ 仕様変更・停止等について、当研究所は責任を負いかねます。

5. 「AIやさしい研究所 投稿ツール」について

本ツールは当研究所内部での利用を目的とした社内ワークフローアプリケーションであり、 一般に公開・提供されるものではありません。第三者による利用は想定しておりません。

6. 規約の変更

当研究所は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を予告なく変更することがあります。 変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

7. 準拠法・管轄

本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とし、本サイトに関して紛争が生じた場合には、 当研究所の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
