「AIやさしい研究所」（以下「当研究所」）は、本ウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」）および 当研究所が自社SNSアカウントへのコンテンツ投稿のために社内で利用する「AIやさしい研究所 投稿ツール」 （以下「本ツール」）における個人情報・利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

本ポリシーは、本サイトの閲覧、および本ツールの利用に関して適用されます。 本ツールは、当研究所が制作した自社コンテンツ（動画・画像・テキスト等）を、 当研究所が管理する自社SNSアカウント（YouTube・Instagram・TikTok等）へ投稿するための 社内向けワークフローアプリケーションであり、一般公開・第三者への提供は行っておりません。

本サイトでは、お問い合わせの際にご入力いただくメールアドレス等、 利用者が自発的に提供する情報以外の個人情報を収集しません。 アクセス解析のためにCookie等を使用する場合がありますが、個人を特定する情報とは紐づけません。
本ツールについて
本ツールがTikTok API等の外部SNS APIを通じて取得・保存する情報は、 当研究所自身のSNSアカウントを認証・投稿するために必要な 認証トークン（アクセストークン）のみです。 第三者（本ツールの利用者以外のSNSユーザー）の個人情報・投稿内容・フォロワー情報等は 収集いたしません。

- 本サイトへのお問い合わせへの対応
- 本ツールを通じた、自社SNSアカウントへの自社コンテンツの投稿・管理
- SNS APIとの認証状態の維持
4. 情報の保存・管理
本ツールが取得する認証トークンは、当研究所が管理するローカル環境または 当研究所が管理するサーバー上にのみ保存され、暗号化その他の適切な方法で管理します。 第三者へのデータ提供・販売・共有は一切行いません。
5. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
6. 外部サービスの利用
本ツールはYouTube Data API、Instagram Graph API、TikTok API等の外部プラットフォームAPIを利用します。 各プラットフォームにおける情報の取り扱いについては、各社のプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。

"AI Yasashii Lab" ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site") and an internal workflow application called "AI Yasashii Lab Posting Tool" (the "Tool"), used by our team to publish our own content to our own social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and user data in connection with the Site and the Tool.
